WorldPay Payment Methods Accepted

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB through WorldPay.

Refund policy

A refund will be given if we are unable to attend collection on more than one occasion. If we are unable to collect, staff will contact you and arrange for another collection but a refund will be given if a rearrangement is not possible.

Cancellation Procedure

Future pay customers can contact the office during opening hours to cancel their future pay but a minimum notice of 3 days is required to stop payment going out. If payment is taken and you don’t require a bin to be collected a refund option will be offered.
