Here we have listed some frequently asked questions about our private bin collections; things that we reckon you might need to know before signing up to a package or whilst using one of our rubbish removal services. What Happens If I Forget To Put My Bin Out?

Don’t worry, let us know and we will try to collect your bin as soon as possible.

Where Do I Need To Leave My Bin?

Outside your house or flat in an accessible place with a clear house number or name displayed on it.

What Time Do You Collect?

Between 8am and 3pm.

What Can/Can’t I Put In My Bin?

We take house hold waste. Anything deemed to be hazardous will not be taken.

Will you remove any additional bagged waste?

Yes, for just £2.50 per bag.

Do You Clean Bins?

We will be looking to do this in the near future following enough interest.

How Do I Cancel My Payment?

Get in touch and we will help.

How soon does the service start?

As soon as you need us following successful payment for your desired package.

How does payment work?

You can pay online via payzone or over the phone. Whatever suits you best!

Do I need to keep setting up payments each month?

If you choose a recurring monthly package or our 6 month package then a standing order will be put in place. This means you won’t have to setup payments again for the duration of your subscription.

How far will you travel?

St Helens and surrounding areas currently. We’ll be looking to expand this in the future.

What happens if I’m away on collection day?

Get in touch with us and we will reallocate your collection.

What happens if you damage my bin?

This shouldn’t occur but in the unfortunate event it does, we will cover any damages.
